But institutional investors have arrived with more powerful and sophisticated transaction tools like forward-purchase deals and sale and lease-back transactions, all new to the Romanian market. Significant house price growth in Romania

Property prices in Romania increased by an average of 8% to 10% in 2006. In some parts of Bucharest, the increases were much higher, with rates of return on investments among the highest in Europe.
Real estate prices keep growing

Bucharest - The prices on the domestic real estate market will continue to grow in the next 15 years due to the low development pace. The high request and the level of the incomes encourage the increase in prices for real estate properties, representatives of the real estate company Arco Real Estate Consulting, owned by Estonian investors, told Mediafax on Wednesday.
